Admission Procedure

As per GO MS 74 by Government of Andhra Pradesh, 70% of seats to be filled under Category-A as per the reservation policy and the remaining 30% seats are Category-B seats.The Convener of ECET admits 10% of the candidates from the stream of Diploma holders, who should pass in a diploma from Andhra Pradesh State Government or an equivalent examination.The Management admits candidates for the Management quota based on merit.Fee Particulars are subject to change from time to time as per the directions in the Government Order

B.Tech Admission Pattern

• 70% of the seats are allotted by the Convener, based on merit in the EAMCET (A-Category).
• 30% of the seats are earmarked for NRI/Management candidates (B-Category).
• In addition to the above, Diploma holders are admitted into second year of B. Tech to the extent of 10% of intake based on merit in the ECET, under lateral entry scheme.

M.Tech Admission Pattern

• Computer Science (CS): B.E / B. Tech in any branch of engineering with valid GATE score or eligibility at PGECET.
• Electrical Power Systems (EPS): B. E / B. Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with valid GATE score or eligibility at PGECET.
• Digital Electronics & Communication System (DECS): B.E./B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering with valid Gate score or eligibility at PGECET.
